Your role is to turn stalled analysis into real momentum, ensuring data accelerates progress.

What you already have
- 3 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or data-focused work
- Affinity with data architecture, governance, or AI implementation
- You can distinguish when a challenge is about technology and when it’s about behavior.
- You recognize where friction slows an organization and know how to turn it into progress.
- Skill in structuring complex information streams into clear frameworks and actions
- The ability to balance technical insight with organizational sensitivity
- Bring structure, build trust, and steer clients toward stronger decisions.
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
- Curiosity, confidence, and a mindset focused on movement
- A sharp eye for connecting client needs to broader ORGX opportunities
