What you will do
- Lead and support strategy development processes that help clients focus and follow through
- Design programs that align leaders, teams and operations around shared goals
- Facilitate sessions that unlock insight, structure and collective decision-making
- Translate ambition into direction, rhythm and everyday execution
- Work on challenges such as growth, integration and building new business models
- Spot opportunities in client interactions and position ORGX with clarity
- Contribute to internal development and the evolution of our practice
What you already have
- 3 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or similar
- Ability to simplify and structure complexity and maintain direction under pressure
- A broad understanding of the playing field, ranging from market developments to internal organizational dynamics
- The ability to see how strategy, people, and operations interact
- Strong facilitation skills to lead sessions where ideas are developed and decisions are made
- The capability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- An eye for identifying friction and a vision on how to resolve it.
- A balance of sharp analysis and practical intuition
- Confidence to challenge ideas constructively while fostering collaboration and buy-in
- Comfortable in dynamic environments where you know how to act when things are still taking shape
- The ability to read the room and build trust, influence and clarity in multi-stakeholder settings
