Your opportunity

Join ORGX as a Project Manager and help turn strategy into organised, coordinated execution that actually lands. You’ll operate in the core of complex transformations, ensuring teams, decisions, and actions move in sync. You build the structure that keeps projects controlled, predictable, and moving — from initiation to completion.

You work across strategy, operations, technology, and impact topics, helping clients navigate uncertainty and make confident choices in fast‑moving environments. You anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and create clarity where complexity could slow progress. Your role is essential in building traction: transforming plans, roadmaps, and target states into real, measurable results.

What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and steer projects from start to finish with clear goals, timelines, and milestones
  • Work cross‑functionally across business, tech, data, and impact teams
  • Facilitate collaboration between project members, senior stakeholders, external partners, and ORGX experts
  • Translate strategic priorities into concrete delivery steps and structured execution
  • Track progress with discipline: identify risks, manage issues early, and maintain momentum
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives leaders grip on progress, bottlenecks, and decisions
  • Anticipate interdependencies and think two steps ahead to prevent delays
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and communicate status clearly
  • Support ORGX’s transformation approach by embedding governance, ownership, and rhythm into daily execution

What you already have

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management or coordination within a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills. You bring clarity and structure where others feel complexity
  • Technical and/or analytical affinity: you understand how change impacts timelines, systems, and teams
  • Curiosity for data and the ability to interpret and communicate insights
  • A proactive mindset: you anticipate issues before they occur and act quickly
  • Excellent communication skills; you facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, constantly shifting environments
  • A collaborative attitude and the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and drive progress
