“I need a Jin van den Born”

That is the thought our founder once had. Not because we needed another consultant but because we needed that type of person.
4 years later, it’s pretty clear how that worked out.

Over the past 4 years, Jin has been one of those people who made ORGX better. Quietly, but equally energetically. He helped shape how we work, how we think, and how we build things that just make sense. Unless, he made a literal translation of a Dutch saying into English of course.

Jin was there in the good times, and very much there when things were tougher too. Long days, frustration, responsibility, and doing the unglamorous work that needed to be done.

Then there’s all the very Jin stuff we will miss. The digital notepad checklist. The afternoon dips. His very refined conflict-avoidance skills (still under construction ;)). And how can we forget, the best slide-baking we’ve seen. We’re all wondering where that skill will be applied next… maybe building perfectly structured outdoor decks as handyman?

We’ve seen you grow, not just as a consultant but as a person. From afternoon beers to afternoon veggies. The amount of appreciation we have for what you brought to ORGX is something special. We are incredibly proud of the choice you are making now by following your heart and turning your new passion into your profession.

All the success in your next chapter, Jin. You will always have our support just like you gave us yours.
