A medium-sized IT consultancy firm, specialised in the automation of financial and other primary operational processes, approached us to accelerate growth, improve the performance of partnerships and prepare the organisation for a future leadership transition. Although the company had a strong technical foundation and a loyal client base, it struggled to translate its capabilities into a distinctive market position and a scalable operating model.
The leadership team recognised that the business required a sharper strategic focus, an outside-in perspective and a clear roadmap that would unlock growth while ensuring continuity and future readiness. They needed a strategy built on facts, aligned ambitions and organisational commitment.
