On Tuesday, we joined an interesting conversation about AI, Tech or Talent race at the WTC Amsterdam.
A few insights stayed with us:
—> We need to ask ourselves “Why” we are adopting AI, what value do we want to create with it, and not just follow because of our “fear of missing out”
—> The Netherlands must invest in AI and digitalisation to maintain its strategic relevance globally, and to support economic and social development
—> Skills are changing: AI-champions need curiosity, an improvement mindset, and risk awareness, while teams need adaptability, learning agility, and critical thinking.
It’s not only about technology, it’s the shift in mindset around it.
And it’s important that we experiment with AI, even if we will make mistakes. This is exactly what we are doing in our own company: experimenting, learning, and building the necessary expertise to navigate the transition.
